David Owens Illustration
David Owens is an award-winning illustrator and freelance art director based in Central New York. He loves doing great work for wonderful clients.  David has art directed advertising campaigns and provided creative direction for universities, corporate clients, and dozens of national brands. He also works regularly as an editorial illustrator for magazines across the country and has several illustration collections available for licensing.   David has taught illustration and communication design on several occasions, including upper-level illustration classes at his Alma Mater, SUNY Oswego.  On any given day he can be found glued to his Wacom tablet working on anything from greeting cards to short animations. He drinks his coffee black, takes his clients’ needs seriously, and is always down for telling a good story.
